Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return or Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Each product is eligible for Return or Exchange only once.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund.

Sale Items

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds are applicable on products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, or special discounted offers.

Return & Exchange Charges

  • A flat fee of ₹100 will be charged for all Return and Exchange requests.
  • No return fee will be charged if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within the applicable return period.
  2. Share clear images of the product via Email or WhatsApp.
  3. Our team will review the request and verify the issue.

Please note that “damage” does not include variations or characteristics that are part of the product’s original design, fabric texture, print, embroidery, or style.

Upon successful verification, DESVANII may offer Replacement of the product, Store Credit, Full Refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the selected exchange item is of a higher value, customers will be required to pay the price difference.
  • If the selected exchange item is of a lower value, the balance amount will be provided as Store Credit.

Quality Check Process

All returned and exchanged products undergo a quality inspection upon reaching our warehouse.

  • Once the product is received, our team requires 1–3 business days to complete the quality check.
  • After successful verification, the Return or Exchange request will be approved.

Return Pickup & Processing

  • Return pickup services are available within India.
  • Once approved, the pickup will be scheduled within 1–3 business days.
  • Returned products generally reach our warehouse within 5–7 business days, depending on the courier partner and location.

Refund Process

After the returned product passes the quality inspection:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as Store Credit, as applicable.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return processing charges of ₹100 are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Submit your request through our Return Portal or contact our customer support team.
  2. Select the product you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Mention the reason for the request.
  4. Upload clear images if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  5. Wait for approval from our support team.
  6. Once approved, the pickup will be arranged.

Packaging Requirements

Please ensure that the returned product:

  • Is unused and unworn.
  • Contains all original tags and labels.
  • Is packed securely in its original packaging.
  • Includes any accessories or complimentary items received with the order.

DESVANII reserves the right to reject any Return, Exchange, or Refund request that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

DESVANII reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
