Return & Replacement Eligibility
We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Missing item in package
Return Request Time
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video and product photos.
Requests made after the allowed time may not be accepted.
Product Condition
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Minor color variation due to lighting/screen difference
- Size issues if size chart was provided
- Personal dislike after delivery
- Used or damaged products by customer
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method or bank account.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
