- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Locations
DESVANII currently ships across India.
At present, we do not offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products, orders above a specified value, or during promotional campaigns.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities and Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) along with tracking details.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, DESVANII shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions

- Courier partner delays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- DESVANII will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful after these attempts:
- The package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
Damaged Package Upon Delivery
If you receive a package that appears damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package before opening it.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and supporting images.
We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
